CONCORDIA is a facility and community management company overseeing a number of Dubai developments, most prominently Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Its approval covers the building-level implications of your works — the parts that affect shared systems, shared services and other occupants — rather than statutory compliance, which remains with DMCC and Civil Defence.

- Connections and tie-ins to base-building MEP services
- Structural loading on slabs and any core penetrations
- Working hours, access routes and lift usage

Typical timeline
Approvals are generally issued within 5 to 12 working days. CONCORDIA approval runs alongside the DMCC and Civil Defence submissions rather than replacing either — all three are required for a JLT fit-out.
