What this covers
We prepare full mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawing sets to the exact standard each authority expects. These are not generic drawings adapted after the fact — they are produced against the specific submission requirements of DM, DCD, DEWA, Trakhees or whichever authority governs your unit.
What you receive
- HVAC layouts, duct routing and equipment schedules
- Electrical distribution, lighting and small-power design
- Plumbing, drainage and water supply layouts
- Fire-fighting and sprinkler coordination
- Full clash coordination against the architectural set
- Editable CAD files plus authority-ready PDFs
Why coordination is the whole job
Uncoordinated MEP drawings are the most common cause of authority comments. A sprinkler head placed where a bulkhead will sit, a duct routed through a fire-rated wall, a distribution board in a location that breaches clearance requirements — each generates a comment cycle costing three to five days. Having the drawings and the submission handled by one team removes that back-and-forth entirely.
