Our services
We provide fit-out approval consultancy, authority coordination, drawing preparation and related technical services in Dubai and the wider UAE. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in the quotation or proposal we issue to you.
Quotations and fees
Our fees are quoted in advance and are fixed for the scope described in the quotation. Authority fees, government charges and third-party costs are separate and are paid directly to the relevant body. If the project scope changes, we will issue a revised quotation before proceeding.
Timelines
Any timeline we give is our honest estimate based on current authority processing times and the completeness of the information provided. Authority review periods are outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific approval date, and we will tell you promptly if a timeline changes.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, valid documentation, and any landlord or community consents required. Delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to us are outside our control.
Resubmissions
Where an authority raises comments on a submission we have prepared, we revise and resubmit at no additional charge. This does not extend to changes arising from a revised project scope, late design changes, or information not disclosed to us at the outset.

Intellectual property

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
