What to send us
The more you can tell us at the start, the more accurate the quote and the timeline. Useful details include:
- The unit type and approximate area in square feet
- The building, community or free zone it sits in
- Your affection plan, if you have it
- Any existing drawings, even rough ones
- What stage the project is currently at
- Any deadline you are working to
If you do not have some of these, send what you have. We will tell you what else is needed.
Already have a stalled file?
Send us the submission reference and the open comments. We review where the file actually stands, tell you honestly what is salvageable, and take over the portal. Most stalled files we inherit are missing one or two specific documents rather than being fundamentally wrong.
